I'll give you an example I hate supermarkets for loads of reasons about the only good thing about them is the price! At the supermarket I'm faced with choice! Too much choice But apart from oohh that's a good offer and coming out without what you initially went in for! Faced with choice do you ponder like example: anti bacterial washing up liquid I see that and it makes me ponder when I grew up we did not have this? So am I to believe I have been eating of bacteria filled utensils for years ;D Same as washing powders new or improved? I don't recall everyones clothes being stinking in the 70's I can stand in peoples way away in my own little zone of thinking! Can anyone relate to this!

yep. Hot water kills germs, no need for all that anti bacterial stuff. I have been known to have supermarket overload meltdowns and I tend to go to the little co-op instead cause its less faff.

I think that all this save the planet wash your clothes in cold water lark is a great big con from the washing powder manufacturers. Hot water gets it clean with less powder, which is better for the planet? Washing undies and towels on a cold wash is not good cause it doesn't kill the nasties.

Lol washing at 30 may save the environment but you don't see the powder getting delivered by horse and cart lol ;D Twix do you go into a time warp like expect to be in the place for a minute and come out hours later ;D and getting tobacco is a nightmare especially when there's a queue on one cashier that is either chatty or on a go slow I've been heard swearing!

ewwww, that first link andy (((blugh)))
dont they reckon though that we are susceptable to more allergies nowadays because we are too fixated on anti-bacterial and all that, and we dont build up certain immunities from an early age like we did years ago........ or something like that.....

Yeah I have no real sense of time, one of the worst aguments I had with the ex was when he said meet you in 5 minutes, apparently I was much longer but I really thought I wasn't. I have to set alarms and stuff and keep looking at the time when I've got something important. Also not good for cooking.
