Good reminder service if you don't defer too often........
This is obviously only good if the email alerts can reach you in a real-time scenario.
If you don't have a real time email reception service, it's not really for you.
Email clients are easy to set up these days..
Whether you should rely on an email service with all of the potential failure points is your choice of course
Phones have pretty good organisation these days.

1) Initial email: Send to:

2) You will receive an email to signup on the site. Go to site and signup, quick and FREE
3) From now on you can simply send an email in the format:

Viewing and canceling pending reminders
Just email pending@followupthen.com and you’ll receive an email back with list of pending followups, along with a link to cancel any reminder.
