hi does anyone have a night vision camera or can suggest where i could hire such a camera? i have had the bed fairys in and i'm feeling extreamly knackered most mornings i wake up either my pillows are off my bed or out of there cases or my duvet cover is off my duvet or my sheets off the bed i live alone and leave my key in the door so nobody is playing tricks on me ;D although i have had epilepsy i don't think it is that as i'm on meds that are controlling it throughout the day! and i had no pysical signs of seizure! ie bitten tounge, headache! i have been witnessed turning blue in my sleep so have sleep apnoea and this knackeredness could be to do with that but why is my bedding all over the place in the morning? am i sleep walking? is this restless leg syndrome? the only way to find out is to use a night vision camera but where could i obtain one? how much? how many hours will they record for? big ask

I'm not sure about night vision stuff but if you have an iPhone there's an app on there which senses your movements in the night and records them for you to see the next day. I did this and was quite shocked by how much I moved in the night. I know it's not what you're looking for but def cheaper (if you have an iPhone anyway lol). Or have you tried eBay? Practically everything on there.

I used to do that (still do on occasion) and my daughter does it. Right pain in the arse it is too! It could just be that you're feeling restless because it's warm or maybe you've something bugging your mind. Or maybe you're stripping Kylie in your dreams....

A Dr mentioned to me some people are sleepwalkers without leaving their beds! I do this on occasion and flip around like an alligator.
But in your case you should just mention it to your GP anyway especially as you have complicated conditions x

CL I do have the hot water storage tank in my room and warmth could be a factor in my house but whilst staying at my mothers I managed to get a duvet cover off a duvet without undoing the buttons and took the sheet off that was on a single bed but her house is freezing! ;D And I'm starting to get paranoid after the last X amount of years what if I go to the sleep clinic and nothing happens? I get told I don't have apneoa, I don't snore, I don't talk in my sleep? I don't know how long I will stay at the clinic? That's why it would be useful to catch what is going on on film! I have been arsed around to much in the passed and waited so long just to be fobbed off again!

Very likely, lots of monitors! Which would probably disturb sleep anyway!
