Anyone else awake? We were just woken up at 3:55am by a computer dialled call. Probably a good thing no-one was on the other end or I would have ripped them a new one... I had had no more than 4 hours' sleep and now I'll struggle to get more than about an hour or so before I have to get up and go to work, so I'm well p***ed off.

Me too, yay for iPhones! Have caught up with the message board, now to play card game after card game until either I feel sleepy or the sun comes up, whichever comes first!

p.s. I just looked it up, which led to a little wiki-surf, apparently sunrise is due at 6:30am, so not likely that I'll get much more than a short doze in. Good job my body's used to functioning on only a few hours' sleep...

I woke up around 4:30 too... although I stayed away from the computer this time to see if I could fall back to sleep. Definitely think its Strattera doing this. Although today I don’t feel as ratty as I did yesterday, phew!

tail end of the day for me = best time, most peaceful, more productive, less distractions, on average never really go to sleep before 4am as thats when i feel ready. Since 18, This has been my characteristic.

I had that problem , I discovered that a good s**g every night mixed with several beers first makes me sleep like a baby , usually up before 5 am though
