So, as the question says - any gamers here?
Anyone currently enjoying the wonders of skyrim?
The good thing about skyrim is that its pretty easy going. Not much frustration so you can just sit back, explore and feel the mind in focus ;D

Would I miss much in sense of story?

I shouldn't think so. I have Skyrim but I haven't played it much due to Zelda: Skyward Sword. Just completed it last night. Was a brilliant game! Really clever use of wiimote/puzzles, etc. I was gonna start Skyrim on Monday, as I got invited to weekend beta for Star Wars: The Old Republic MMORPG!

Would I miss much in sense of story? Not really. Its not a continuation. Its set 200 years after the last game. Its the same world, different place. There are many names dropped i from previous games but it really makes no difference to the story or the game.

I play WoW, just started SWTOR beta but not liking it. Cant wait for GW:2. As for Skyrim it looks ok but i would just feel lonely playing it so i dont.
I do play the odd FPS/Racing games but that's rare.

I can't stand games, i can't sit still long enough or focus well enough to play them correctly. too much going on and not good enough hand eye coordination.

Skyrim! Although my quest list feels like my 'To Do' list - way too long! I keep meaning to do my quests, but instead end up wandering around picking flowers and randomly fighting my way through a cave! Good game though

The good thing about the quest list is that you dont have to go out of your way to do them all. you can just do them as you wander around. not much concentration needed.
havent bothered getting MW3 though. too many dickheads. It seems to have the same problems as the lst one. Just a 40 quid map pack.
