How about a popup for every 20min were logged in!
i.e. You have been procrastinating for x minutes!!!
Maybe use the session timestamp?

I have popups blocked on my computer You could always set yourself an alarm - There are is also software available to help you monitor your own time. Try download.com for some. I've always found alarms don't work to well when I set them by myself haha...not enough self control! I started doing it with other people though - we'd set an alarm for 50mins and both had to do work. If I caught them on anything non-work related they owed me a cigarette and the vice-versa. After the timer went off, we got a 15 minute, timed break. I got sooo much work done using these intensive short bursts. Can be changed to monies for non-smokers! After about a week of doing this, I was soooo much less distracted it was awesome. Kinda gone back to normal now though - will go back to it when Uni starts again.

Lol, I think you'd learn to ignore it . Yes - my ergonomic mouse at work triggers a pop-up every hour to tell me to get up and stretch. I just click it away and carry on!
