sorry Odat, i am a misery guts all year round, dont think the seasons affect me all that much... (well not till the end of winter, when the cold dark days have been going on for far too long) do you find the lamp thing helps at all?

i like autumn best, when the nights start drawing in and you can see your breath in the colder air, and there is mist in the mornings and misty fog in the evenings and the smell of autumn fills the air and the leaves are all gold and red and crunching underfoot
I am not so keen on full on winter, with biting winds and lashing rain and a bitter cold thats runs right through you brrrrrrrr

got that as well! tried get it sorted last few months - have a lamp joined sada and bought book and went to confrence - book has lots helpfull tips -'winter blues everything you need to know to beat seasonal affective disorder - norman rosenthal also reccomends meditation - few diff types - which must be good for add as well - gonna start that soon so let u know - reccomends few web sites in the book and says that apparently s.a.d. is another bloody comorbid (dont know if spelt that right) of adhd!!
