All user names to be a maximum of 5 letters, and also easy to spell and remember.
Thank you for you cooperation in this matter.

No it's not ok!! Do you have any idea how much concentration it takes me to write darknightslover ? And it takes same amount of concentration for me to work out which letters and in which order to abbreviate it to DKL. Ps. Not quite sure why I keep winking - think it may be a virtual twitch I have developed DUE TO STRESS OF RIDICULOUSLY LONG USER NAMES!!!!

I was mortally offended! The last 3 letters of my name haven't been speaking to you for a week! There's no pokey-tongue-out smiley! How is one supposed to poke out one's tongue when there isn't an appropriate smiley! *sulks*

OK.
I'm going to change my user name to - my name. I only used an alias in the first place because it seemed to be what everyone did when I first joined.
I apologise that it's a letter longer than you wanted, Petra - no, in fact, I don't apologise - it's my name!
The photo is of Peacock butterflies, scientific name Inachis Io, hence my former user name.
Love to you all
Lesley

I can't find a gender bit in profile, but clearly lots of other people can?

Go into 'Edit Profile', then it's under Privacy - if I'm remembering right.
