Good idea but too late to organise apparently ! must try and get an early night, porridge and banana in the morning and see if I can get into some serious hardcore hyper-focus zoning like in the Mocks !! I should be ok just be to calm down and have faith xxxxxxxxxxx

Think you are so brave. For me, having done this well in course work, and come this far, if you just managed to sit through the exam I would give you A*A*A*. If the worst came to the worst, there are still so many positives in this - you have worked hard, applied yourself, overcome loads of problems and completed something. So go in there tomorrow, knowing you have already won. A good grade is the cherry on the cake Let us know how you get on tomorrow x

Well done you! If you've got high A's on the coursework, then you obviously know your stuff. Try not to panic! Does a big cup of coffee help you concentrate at all? Otherwise, when you have problems concentrating, put your paper aside for a minute and look out the window and try to think of something else, then come back to it. I'm sure you'll be fine after you've put all this work in - the exam's just formalising it! Even if you do blow the exam, you'll still come out with a B (after you've managed to ace coursework making up 60% of it, the way grade boundaries are set you could get away without virtually answering anything and still get a C !). Not that you will blow it but knowing that may take some of the pressure off? Just go in there and (I know it sounds mad, but) try to enjoy it! Will be keeping fingers crossed for you - let us know how you get on tomorrow.

This font is too small - not touched anything but it's tiny ? Good luck for exams Take a deep breath and harness the stress - all that adrenaline isn't necessarily bad - it can help focus your mind so use it if it's there. Like furious frog said - you're clearly very able with your grades so far. I've taken loads of exams in my life, had a complete mare doing the coursework of course (focus/concentration/last minute etc - and lots of time gave the courses up before completing) but the exams have been always been ok because the stress and immediacy of it all just made the concentration/focus issues go away for a bit. Have faith in your underlying abilities and, for once in an adhd life, 'bask in the anxiety and fear'' (of the unknown and the testing) - it'll give you adrenaline and it'll work for you instead of against you. Btw- Have read many times that chewing gum helps in exams (can't remember what it was - and it's half 3 so cant look up- but it helps you be sharper), caffeine also good idea (if that works for you) Good luck and let us know how you got on xxxx
