Here's a couple of things I'm going to try and work on. 1) to eat better. 2) try to procrastinate less about exercise 3) nail my DX & get on meds 4)loose weight that I put on with being on venlafaxine. 5) get of venlafaxine.

Sound good and definitely doable, best of luck with them I was thinking about new years resolutions earlier, and wanted to share my thoughts. Sad thing is, a lot of people will attack the new year with full force, and fall back into old habits not long afterwards. But that's because we can't realistically expect sudden, dramatic, and maintainable changes as soon as it turns midnight. I think the best thing is to make little changes straight away - ones that can be maintained and worked on slowly throughout the year. I really hope as many people as possible manage to change their lives for the better in 2014!
