Hi all,
So I've decided to take concerts around 5am despite waking up at 7-8pm.
My friend experience so far, rather fascinating By 7 pm I'm still in snooze land but can feel a surge of energy, I could get out of bed and enter warp speed if I wanted to, alternatively I could sleep for longer.
Nosy interesting for me is I normally get up take first dose, despite being a guy, I can take over an hour getting ready and not even sure how or why, and I tend to forget a bunch of stuff.
Last two mornings I've successfully got ready in 25 mins. Shower, brush teeth, wash hair, deodorant, put clothes on, style hair etc...and surprisingly am on time to work!!!
Defo sticking to this simple but effective regime.

meepmeep - are those times correct? I'm having some trouble visualising taking meds at 5 o'clock in the morning, but getting up at 7pm in the evening?

I assume he meant 7 am. I don't really like the idea of waking and then sleeping and then waking so just stick with taking the meds as soon as I wake up and then get up about half an hour later.
