Just interested to see if anyone has had particularly good outcomes with improvements on focus and memory.

It would only let me select four answers so I couldn't put dex helps focus/memory.
I've tried all three although only dex in the form of Elvanse. MPH was best for focus and memory for me although I settled on Elvanse because the motivation was so beneficial and MPH didn't offer that.
Unfortunately I only managed about two weeks on Strattera as my blood pressure went too high so I can't comment on how well it works.

Thanks for your reply. I set it up for four answers as I wanted to know which drug helps most. I'm surprised the MPH didn't help with motivation - shouldn't it? It did with me at first but has now worn off but I had hoped a higher dose would sort that out.

The best thing I can say about MPH re:motivation is that it helps you by removing a lot of the obstacles that you put in front of yourself due to having cocked up so many times in the past (and hence de-motivating).
You still need to develop your own drive and interests, but it is easier to maintain them in my experience over the last year.

Not sure how motivating MPH is for most and I could only tolerate 72mg, well I couldn't really tolerate 72mg but that's as high as I went.
It was also motivating at first but then I was in 'just diagnosed, things are going to change' mode.
As supine says, I did more on MPH because some barriers were removed, but I didn't necessarily want to do it. When I went back to it I found myself sitting down too much.
Today I done the washing up at my sister's holiday apartment, I couldn't bear to look at it. Dunno if that's right or even normal but that motivation is definately beneficial. Unfortunately I also forgot to buckle my daughters car seat (luckily it was noticed) which I don't think I would have done on MPH.

I'm much calmer and generally nicer on MPH, but I don't feel it's helped with focus or motivation at all. Currently chasing my doctor to get me on something else so I can see if it suits any better.
