Had a new teacher for math class today and I struggled a bit and asked for help. It was a three step thing and I figured I had to do them in a certain order to have the right information. I got a little confused halfway thru so I asked for support. He said that I had done them in the wrong order and presided to tell me how to do the first bit over and over again (even though that was the only part I got right).
The more confused and frustrated I got, the faster and louder he spoke (I hate that, why do people do that?). Freaked me out and I was ridiculously close to tell him to either shut the fuck up or just start crying. Fortunaly I've gotten a little better control over the word vomit. I have told a lot of teachers off in the past... A girl in my class eventually stepped in and "saved" me, she took over the explaining and I think I now understand. Turns out I did do them in the right order from the start...
Ugh days like these I think my high school teacher who told me that my brain can't comprehend the complexity of this level of math was right. I try to prove her wrong all the time, but it is really hard when I don't get the time or the calm I need to get through this math. Keep fighting. Never give up. I can learn anything; it just takes me a bit longer.

Today he got mad at me, he just stopped, stared and said "I don't understand you" "I don't know what you want" and then kept staring until I turned around and walked back to my seat.... I can’t deal, he is crazy.

I don't have an official diagnosis so can't really tell my school, but I'm thinking about writing an email to the person responsible for this course and tell him what happened...

Maybe you have a clash of personalities? Have you got the same teacher for the whole course? Can you get a different teacher or can you get someone to help you explain to him what you need from him in terms of teaching style?

We had a different teacher, but he got a new job so I guess they just got this guy out of panic.. I said something to an other teacher and he clearly doesn't like this guy either. I'm having a meeting with the student consular on Tuesday, to talk about my studies, so I'll see what she says about it.

Had a talk with the consular yesterday, she said I could probably skip the math and get the degree anyway, we are going to work out a special program for me only with courses I'm actually interested in. Yeeeey for my awesome consular
