I have just been diagnosed at age 51! I was wondering whether there were any support groups in Kent, especially the East Kent area. I would be interested in hosting one, if necessary.

Can someone message me on how to find a support group I'm in east Kent too but will go anywhere in Kent to get started and find out if the groups work for me, I'm 41 and started medicating this year after being diagnosed at 14 and now deciding it's time for more peaceful settled life
