Anybody else try this. I have recently tried it. Some stuff it does what it's spose to do.
I take a strong coffee in the morning with a nob of butter in it! Yes a nob of butter.. Some stuff.
I'm on 27mg of concerta a day. I take my coffee at 8am and my concerta the same time. By the time I get to work for 9.30am.. I'm surfing lol its a we bit like when you first started taking concerta you got a strange giddy feeling about 10,00am.
Also it does what it says, no hunger at all. I never eaten until 3 o'clock in the afternoon. Plus my head is clear I'm convinced that it's clearer than it would be without the coffee.
I'm also on 300mg of pregabalin a day. I have also noticed that my appetite is more suppressed from I started it.

I used to benefit from coffee with my mph. Since taking atomoxetine too though I can't drink it at all - I get way too jittery and anxious - which is a real arse actually because I really miss having coffee

Tomorrow is new years Eve we are officially turning the corner! 2016, a new year, new start, new me! Time to set my goals sort out my eating. I think that some weight loss is going to be easier with being on mph and pregabalin... Don't have the same craving for food or sugar. Though on atomoxetine I had no appetite at all the weight fell off in weeks. I personally preferred the feeling of being on atomoxetine. Mph is so much smoother. Though I could drink as much coffee on both as I want to up till 5,pm...

I've been self-medicating with strong black coffee for years. Haven't changed since staring concerta.
Think that the coffee has possibly more of a positive and controllable effect than the meds.
Maybe I should try butter?
