bonji Ben. . The reason I was asking about anti-depressants is that I was on Venlafaxine on and off for years (like you, I tried them all) and the twice daily one used to give me night terrors and anxiety dreams as it wore off slightly in the night, and most people know what a horrible drug it is for withdrawal and side-effects. I've just re-read your post and feel your anger about getting referred again. It seems that for most people this is what happens when you have a break in service. I was only diagnosed last year and then moved out of area, so I'm back on a waiting list again!! I seem to get really angry and upset every time I see the GP. Mood swings and extreme emotional reactions seem to be an ADHD thing. I posted something in 'Hi All' (intros, rebel) about this yesterday. Are you under the community MH Team now after your meeting with them? If you have a GP that you get on with, you should go back. Maybe you can get some counselling for the time-being, if you think it might get you through. Most areas have some kind of self-referral service ie: IAPT If you can't talk to anyone else, you can talk about anything here. Sometimes it's just good to get it out! If you don't want it to be publicly seen you can post in venting, or lounge. Hang in there x

Just a suggestion, I have picked through are you diagnosed with anything?
In case I haven't seen it yet, are you on the sick?
You could probably as citizen advice for representative at the interview if you have no union rep...
Just a few thoughts, I have been in similar condition..
