Read page on TFL (Transport for London) website. Confused by something. Tried to find out how to send an email but website just seems to want me to read various FAQ than but it doesn't answer the Q that I am A-ing at this time. Eventually find a contact form that takes ages to fill in (another sub rant!).Send me back a link to the page I already know about.
Version 1 of reply (decided it was provocative!) Version 2 of reply I really want to avoid having two accounts on the same website - have got into this mess in the past. I couldnt access the one I really wanted because it always to you to the other one (with same email address) Sub rant on contact form.... It seems to want you to fill in the date of incident, time, what stations I was going from and to. One would have thought that if you say date is not applicable then time is also not applicable. but no.

I often suspect these things of having been done deliberately to stop people complaining. Did you get anywhere in the end?
