Obviously I'm an ADHDer just realised I could email customer service team so have sent letter by email to them and am posting registered as well.
I know this post is not scintillating or interesting but there were no other posts in here and I hate an empty room.

Random, I forgot to say that I've returned the compliment and exalted you too!
When I'm tired I get v silly and write a load of nonsense and even irritate myself. Wish someone sensible would start off some conversations.
It is so quiet in the lounge that I think maybe I'll retire to the bar.

I agree. I've been thinking about the 'smite' bit too!
I don't mind being 'exalted' but I think too many smites and my self esteem would be dragging along on the ground. You could find yourself being smitten to death by someone who disagreed with you.
'Exalt and Smite' - is there a Dungeons and Dragons influence at work here?
I suppose on the Fat Fighters forum we could have 'Carrots and Cream Cakes' - though those of us with reduced will power would be confused as to whether a cream cake was a good thing or not...

Sky sent us a reminder letter today telling us that we owe them £19 for a first installment of a sky package we cancelled. We bought a Sky box deal from John Lewis where we could trial four Sky options for four months and then cancel before the end of the trial period if we didn't want to commit to a year of it. If we decided to go ahead then we would pay £19/month. We didn't watch enough of the Sky stuff so wrote a week before the end of the contract and cancelled. They cut off our viewing exactly at the end of the trial period. Proof they received the letter in good time I would have thought... Now theyre telling us we owe them £19 for the first payment and if we don't pay it they'll pass it on to a debt collection agency and it may affect our credit rating. If we owe them £19 for that first month then why did they cancel the package the moment the trial period ended. I am fed up holding on the phone for ages and being cut off by them before anyone answers when they transfer me and we're paying for the privilege of non-customer service. have written a letter going tomorrow by registered post. Customer service? only when they're signing you up.. My letter is v v polite but what I think of them isn't. Anyone else know how to get through to them??? Mouse
