......seem like you have adhd, when you spend about 5 minutes on the british national formulary website reading about adult dosages of methylphenidate and consider whether you should either copy/paste, upload a screenshot, create an aol account to access the BNF MPH page so that others can access the BNF in the future etc, all because of the thread below.......... aadduk.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=3631&page=2(Ritalin MR 20mg was a drop in the ocean etc) .......and because you did not read optimistic's post properly where she wrote that she checked the BNF already and listed the doses etc...... It's a load of Fail!

When your mum asked you if it was you who wanted a guinie pig for your birthday and you say yes even though you never wanted one. Then you obsess about getting one and then end up buying yourself a hamster a week later. Forget about it so your mum looks after it, then when it dies you feel guilty because you never looked after it Drive your car to the shops at the end of the estate and forget you drove and walk home... Then think your car has been stolen only to be reminded by your friend that your car is still at the shops...

Drive 20 miles to drop your car off at a specialist garage only to drive home and realise you have brought the keys home with you.
Rinse repeat on 3 seperate occasions.

It's a sad day when your pet starves to death and you have pet food in.

When you pop into the large Sainsburys store on your way to work, a bit pressed for time, pick up a BOGOF (2 packs of hot cross buns for 79p) and go to self service tills, scan the packs, get a 50p and 20p out of purse, put money in coin slot and touch the 'pay now' button - nothing happens, press the button again still nothing, get a bit annoyed. Look around for a member of staff because it won't let you pay and end the transaction. No staff on customer service desk, no staff standing around flirting with the security guard, nada. Breathe in deeply, and say in a loud and positive voice, 'Please could I get some service - there is no one around to help'... then 'I'm going to get very annoyed in a minute if I don't get some service', then 'Hellooooo? Helloooooo? '. Lady at the next checkout turns around looking rather startled as you continue with your loud comments. Young lad over in veg section, refilling the flower buckets, scuttles off to find someone. He returns with another member of staff (who happens to be a very nice looking man with a lovely customer friendly manner). You explain that it will not let you pay - what is happening??? (bit indignant). Nice man kindly points out that you haven't put enough money in the machine.. you look baffled then redo the math in your head... ahh, immediately you apologise and say 'I am an idiot, forgive me'. Nice man is very gracious and because he is so nice (not the usual arsy staff) you do not complete your rant with, 'but why were these tills not supervised???' Slink out of store. ! The sad thing is a variant on this sort of shopping event is a sadly regular thing - yet I never seem to learn...

Our old dog used to eat escaped hamsters ...when you read the above on '50 recent posts' just after reading one about gay dogging and Mav with his dog and it takes you a moment to work out they're on separate threads...

I distinctly remember making an order on TheBookPeople a few weeks ago, I log on to check where it is, as I've only just remembered it hasn't arrived yet, and it turns out it's still in my basket waiting to be checked out. Somehow, I have made a memory of me ordering.
So now the discount code I used before doesn't work. And it probably won't arrive in time for Mother's Day.

LOL, my whole room used to be pretty much like that (minus the cigarettes/ashtray and alcohol of course!) when I lived with my mum. Used to drive her mad... every so often she'd tidy it for me and it'd be amazing and I'd try my hardest to keep it tidy... and in no time at all it'd be messy again.

i find it ok to keep things tidy, if they are tidy already.... but then, i'll be looking for something, or if on the rare occasions i go out, i will look for something to wear.... and everything gets tipped out... no room is safe, and all those 'special' keep-safe places get turned upside down and inside out.... and any hard work in getting things tidy go out the window in one fell swoop.... and then i realise what a trail of destruction i have left in my wake of being fixed on trying to find whatever it is..... then of course, its nigh on impossible to get it back to how it was, cos theres just too much.... its definitely me as my own worst enemy on that front.... i dont know how people can literally have a place for everything and go straight to what they want, with no hassle and no tipping the house upside down..... and boy have i tried..... and when i put something away, i know i tell myself the logic of why its been put there and it makes perfect sense... till i come to look for it and i have no idea where it is..... and i am lucky enough to have a junk utility room, that if all else fails, it gets thrown in there..... ;D (and a partner that is good at keeping things tidy.... cept after one of my tip it all upside down episodes of course.....)

making toast for breakfast, finding it when you get home, going to your old car park space when you moved weeks ago, counting something 4 times, counting out £100 for a customer then giving them the bundle of cash in the other hand
Good day LOL, Maybe Bank cashiering not the best job
