Man oh man, Contrarymary your lists are jammed packed full and it's awesome how you get stuff done.
My plan is to buy a little whiteboard instead of post it notes, have a meeting with my brain weekly, and get stuff done!
Cheers

Yes, @alec77 and contrarymary white(or other colour dry wipe)board!!! When I move and have money I'm going to get a magnetic glass one - YEAH! I want to reduce the *many little lists* into just a few. . . One of my current frustrations is not being able to make proper lists because I'll have to do loads once I move. . . . . . . whenever that might be. . .

set a low bar; clearly i'm struggling.
meditation
yoga
chores & change feed birds
eat
pick a task for action - these need to be practical today tel re abscess treatment
choose 1 priority task per hour
plan small actions for tomorrow morning - list home admin & prioritise review feedback forms go over project action list - prioritise & schedule;
evening chores inc supper prep shower & hairwash early night!!!
i don't think spending time buying underwear & socks in the M&S online 24hr sale (needed, helpful), checking out broadband packages (needed, helpful), checking out energy suppliers (needed, helpful) or emailing gardening friend about a spring bulb bargain (nice, helpful, not actually needed) were on my To Do list. It's called getting distracted by an email of bargains.

Aha, I always write these. I find that otherwise I just get distracted by video games or random projects I'm working on. They do mostly work for me
