Sunday list (thanks for the idea random ) write listyoga x 10 mins X meditation x 10-20 mins watch rugby & sew in gazillion ends of knitting - knitted instead of sewingwrap up stuff x2 ready to post - don't have materials, but am prepped as i can be and have stuff coming tomorrowput up flipchart ready to write onbathX early night EDIT: not the day i had expected, but some helpful small steps once the procrastination is unblocked

Well it took me a long time to get started. . .distractions from the internet, a sudden need to vacuum, dogs howling next door, vacuuming noises from next door. . BUT I've opened and sorted through a big box of paperwork marked 'needs sorting' and I'm now going to put the sorted bits away I still have one more box to deal with, but I'm moving on. .

Cook food for tonight Find it easier to cook during daytime - eg a salad Look for lost paperwork Send email for matters coming out of the discussion yesterday. Doenst need to be perfect, it is only a working document. Do soemthing in garden Jut to keep things moving but the weather doesnt look good.

Find out what I need to do for travel pass application. Dont try and do it yet - I am good at doing the bits are easy and then procrastinating over the difficult bits. Site visit to garden to look at the "greenhouse" (actaully a plastic tent). If rain holds off then put the hooks in that are needed. Finalise seed order (it can be good enough).

not feeling well but need to get some stuff done if i'm going to be ready for tomorrow without getting overwhelmed and struggling - and have to be organised tomorrow because Monday has v early start here's my attempt to reset my brain and get ready for the next couple of days... * medication* yogaX *meditation * chores & dress* wrap hats ready to postX*print out papers for meeting x 4 - printer not working: emailed for printing elsewhere* write up AgendaX*sew in ends of squares** - while watching rugby * eat x 2* clothes, papers, lunch & stuff ready for tomorrow* colour hair* bath*bed by 1030 up by 7.30 remember the really important thing i've forgotten **forgot my friend was coming round to fix stuff for 2 hrs!so knackered from being up & on the go since midday, despite long sleep & gentle morning today ws a struggle - broken printer, everything taking so long/feeling behind, easily overwhelmed
MUST get enough sleep & do meditation and yoga tomorrow AM - without them, the day is much harder:(

X*print out papers for meeting x 4 - printer not working: emailed for printing elsewhere Printers have this habit of detecting when you are nervy (at least when I am nervy) and stopping working. Then mysteriously starting working once the reason you needed the thing has passed. I get stressed prining notes for meetings too. Priting elswhere is a good ideas.

tired day, busy week - careful prep time

Still a bit smelly - washedx4! tidy kitchen, put away washing up, sweep floorput away dry laundry - l oad up machine with clothes - washed & hung!!! appts prep - todayprep for gp phone apptremember boiler appt - it's all go here!check when scaffolding due to start - tbc X read/prep for this evening's meeting -1hr ooops. better start Now tomorrowXthink re prep needed for tomorrow - meetings, event - papers, clothes XNB remember printhead delivery admin prep - none done Xwrite up 4 weeks schedule x 1 (or 2 if capacity) Xwrite up action list from inbox/intray/old lists Xprioritise Xschedule for this week nice thingscast on 2nd back for cushiontake lunch break - prep, eat, knit & chill for an hour unf my lunchbreak ws 1600-1900. i ws v tiredemail R to book tel call eat x 2X stop at 1730 chores, supper, bath, relax bed by 2200 / up at 0700 perhaps today's list a tad ambitious, esp as also had tel appts, workmen & zillions of family calls/texts.

Tidy bedroom floor. Make sure I have one pair of messy (garden proof) pair trousers and one half way decent one on the go and wash the rest. Change sheets on bed. Quick go at clearing bed (the garden type!)

i emptied my rucksack to put it through washing machine yesterday first time in forever - i use it every time i go out but hadn't *seen* the dirt before yesterday, so of course had to wash it stat discovered an internal pocket I'd completely forgotten about - some stuff had been in there for ten years!
