It doesn't matter how early I get up or how much time I have to potter about and get ready, I won't actually start getting ready (and realise how many things I have to do) until about 2 minutes before I actually have to leave the house, so this reminder on my ipod should help quite a bit. Fingers crossed!

- collect glasses now i see the ones i bought were not the ones i thought - but i couldn't see!!
- meet mother for coffee
- do some shopping, esp bread & water (!) got a week's food
- sort meds for this week
- eat properly x 2 (strange times, strange food, but counts as "proper"!)
- unblock problems with this week's priorities list and carry forward to next week
- shower
- remember friend coming to tea on friday
- email commissioning person to let them know ETA
- meditation - get dressed - leave on time for optician - do online grocery order for delivery sat or mon - don't need to til next week as got some shopping! - write tomorrow's to do list + schedule
not yet done (by 1230 am fri!) - arrange employers liability insurance (become a block!) - if time, but not big priority - do yoga stretches - running temperature - bad idea - earlier night - too yuck to do stuff earlier, got bogged down, got cross, got busy, didn't stop & think... got late. - write flaming article - by end of next week - make soup by friday lunchtime
phew!
this week i forgot to work out how long things might take, and allocate time slots to them, thus realising how over-booked my week was and how i ended up floundering and achievening little because FAR too many priorities to actually fit
AND now realise/remember - again - i've been struggling because of this wretched virus i've had since just after christmas time, which my immune system has not been fighting off so just feeling weird for ages. Finally have some immune-produced symptoms - thought i was having a panic attack in the supermarket and then realised it was asthma - D'OH!
(but clearly i have been indoctinated to believe everything is in my head - note to self: trust your gut)

Right, that's it.....need some accountability..... photocopy all paperwork for solicitor ready for tribunal evidence DEADLINE! Yes, NOW! (Zzzzz I keep putting it off!!!) fill out repeat prescription form for chemist for naughty daught's new meds write up notes from school meeting book car in to have rear brakes changed phone IPSEA and/or Parent Partnership fix new date for ADHD parent support group.... remember to let everyone know!Sew button onto black cardigan (this could conceivably remain undone til next year, such are my sewing skills) buy black suede trim to renew belt on other cardigan (ditto) reply to Catherine change Maria to Friday buy naughty daught a watch pick date for her birthday party and tell everyone to keep free do filing (paper, not nails, although sooo much more appealing) I could very easily add another 20 things in order to put off photocopying and filing Resist, resist, resist..... once all the above is done and dusted, write, write, write.....AND reward self with guilt-free hour (or 2 or 3) on here! friday
done - write/give rest of shopping list to friend to shop - get dressed, bathroom - make soup - laundry: clothes (wash, hang) - laundry: sheets/towels (fold, put away) - bedroom, floors - plan food for weekend - remember friend coming to visit 2.30 ish
not done - get over virus - REST & CANCEL EVERYTHING IF NEED TO! (tea, reading, panto trip, help) - do yoga stretches - if not running temperature - running temperature - plan saturday, sunday panto trip (if well enough) - rest up - friend stayed til 8.30 ish - good but knackered!! - earlier night - got to sleep at 3 am. oops. maybe if i write "late night" i'd get to bed earlier.
to remember - write flaming article - by end of next week - admin bits b/f from monday 27.1 - employers liability insurance - do online before end monday 3.2

Oh......so pleased with myself Kathymel.....and relieved..... never thought I was going to do it..... Halfway through it, having spent hour and a half.....anymore and I'll be so other half tomorrow.....but best bit is that I've categorised each document....so feeling quite chilled and in control for once.... oooh yes, lovely stars.... thank you for noticing..... how's packing/moving/school/Genghis/dog/advocacy/meds/coursework/lovelife....going? No hurry.....can tell me at leisure.....ooh, or catch up on Tues........ I may soon as 1pm is meant to be my absolute limit, but doesn't always work x x x

write DONE so far today list take meds feed birds wash face/brush teeth/tidy hair get dressed make coffee & hwb tidy kitchen put away/do washing up tidy bedroom fold laundry on rack put new 4 week schedule on wall brainstorm issues on mind to be addressed in next 4 weeks (or simply to get off mind and onto paper) text friend to arrange what time she's coming round to help me plan this week/make issues into a To Do list empty recycling take front door off latch when emptied recycling!
meditate
remember to take antibiotic 2 hrs after meds

sort out some simple food for brunch/friend's lunch/supper stop and centre self before friend arrives so can make best use of time

chased payroll but still need chasing, as everyone off sick!! software error meant i couldn't buy insurance - have emailed them to try to sort it.
some yoga - even if 10 mins' gentle stretches - NOT a zero yoga day!! day's not over yet rest & review 3-4pm, choose how to spend energy for rest of day - oops. wish i'd remembered i'd written this list. it would have been a great idea to stop and review rather than get exhausted and finish so late
get to sleep earlier - fat chance now. bums. write chapter for book! - ditto
write priorities list for this week - did some work around priorities/issues for next 5 weeks, continue tomorrow
write to do list from that - ditto
then write schedule for the week so can get less tired/overwhelmed & be more balanced - begun; looking a bit busy already
