Feeling in a lazy mood today. Don't want to kame a list of things to do as I wont do any of them.
Perhaps just go for a walk and then watch a course video

bathroom, teeth, face, hair dress in those lovely comfy clothes i laid out yesterday to encourage myself to dress make coffee & hot water bottledrink coffeecheck times of rugby matchesyoga stretches (10 mins is fab - don't make it impossibly huge and offputting by calling it an hour) set out to do 10 mins, did an hour!meditation - do 20 min freebie 40 minstake antibiotic 2 hrs after other meds
write schedule for tomorrow so get out on time with the right stuff and some spare capacity (and avoid last week's stress) get clothes ready for tomorrowget other logistic stuff ready for tomorrow, print papers for meeting, pack bag etc read papers for meeting, email R re her anniversarytext/call mother text/call S re her thing today - apolsplan / prep food for today plan/ prep food for tomorrow eat x 3 (or at least 2)
get stuff done before 2pm half done, which is a result! watch rugby too one-sided to be enjoyable shower & hairwash get to bed at reasonable flaming time for once NB Do Not become obsessed with olympics/weird sports you don't care about really

I dont like ringing orgs that might ring you back (and maybe you are busy) but I have managed to cotain this one Notes for hosp session tomorrow. weds* yoga 10 mins, meditation 20 mins did 30 mins yoga - finally broke the mental block. knackered tho!*writing *admin (if time) * go to meeting about conference *negotiate further extension for chapter in order to get on top of other stuffdidn't actually remember to eat, then couldn't actually manage the energy to eat as well as get everything else done - not great. today had too much in it as does tomorrow off to bed thurs*yoga, meditation* go for blood tests * collect Rx *shopping - splint shoes, present stuff, food for 2 wks. plus (if time) *cook * plan/make presents & card for daughter's birthday * make card for R's birthday (to give on sunday) *go through two previous reports to edit them down to make v short (750 word) report & submit by email - got extended deadline for following wednesday am - phew!* write excellent reference and email to germany by Friday am - fri pm but deadline was midnight saturday, so i reckon it was early!

Whether the outcome was the one I wanted is a different matter, but im glad I did. I hate not knowing where I stand.
Earlier this morning: - As you've skipped diabetic eye test, get em tested + new proscription. Done I can see the world now...what a stunningly sharp sight :-)
To do list tonight: -Photograph old camera and place on eBay. Pending. -Help little bro out.- Well im helping by keeping him in company with a constant flurry of ADD style waffle. - Attempt to edit pic for mate. Semi complete.

I just want to say I love this thread. I love a damn good list!
Lets all keep things managable and achievable (as many of you all). That is the key ;-).
Also when you commit to writing something down and put it in front of yor face i.e. your desk you are less likely to forget it.
A study in America found a small percentage of people who wrote life/job goals down compared to people who didn't, when followed up in the future had a much higher success rate thean those who didn't!

wash, dress brief E answer yesterday's emails write report of 750 words & email it by 1300 managed 1335 - close enough, tho forgot to do spellcheck - oops.
pay outstanding invoices etc by bank transfer plan thursday - speak to C & E
eat something x 3 - x 2 will do - too busy & tired
stop and breathe when get stressed - managed this five times meditation x 2 - one at start of day X gentle yoga x 20 mins - out of time/energy X if time, have an afternoon sleep - nope - no time
sort out laundry & load machine for washing/hanging thurs AM
write up schedule for the week on the hall wall
wrap daughter's presents x 4
make card/envelope for daughter -finished at midnight!
text/call mother - done on thurs
text A to check re evening thing
get changed, packed, ready to roll by 7pm
