Well, sounds like you done got adhd lol or certainly the symptoms. As for doing 20 drafts of what you actually want to say, in your brain, the cluttering definition fits you. Is it just another perfectionism trait?
I'm not sure if cluttering can be treated with adhd medications etc.

You could wait until the plastic chips washing machine is released at a good price.
The trouble with recommendations on these devices is that sometimes a takeover happens and the entire chain of products becomes crap under the same name. Then it becomes nasty. For instance, bosch, legendary name, "apparently" has lost a bit of reputation on some devices. Shame huh!

I am sure most here would say don't try and lose weight until you ARE medicated for ADHD, otherwise, you will be at increased risk of the old friend - anger- due to failure and self-fulfilling pastry monster-itis syndrome disorder affliction ailment. o.O 4) Orlistat is aka xelical, a 30% of dietary fat blocker(and excreter oooooooooooh) which I did not take when prescribed because frankly, it's not the way to do things. Please do not consider it WHY, you may ask? FROM WIKIPEDIA Calorific Benefit Additionally, For that worthless saving, you will be caught short regarding toilets and will wish you never mentioned it. angryaussie.wordpress.com/2007/06/20/miracle-diet-pill-with-teeny-tiny-side-effect/Not just hearsay, I was told that by my doctor. Also for anyone who notices, 454g (1lb) x 9kcals(gram of fat) = c. 4000kcal...... Yet you only need to lose c. 3500kcals per lb.. heheh There's a very good reason for it, which I did not know lol, but it's so silly! So, ways to lose weight..... errrrrrrrrrrrrrr........ I am sure you have heard these a million times. but.. a) Weigh yourself once per week, before breakfast. Same place in room each time. Note, my most accurate scales are about 30 years old..........german made......the other 2 sets are 2 and 3 stones lower compared to official doctors scales........ weird huh? Suggest you go to boots or a place with calibrated scales, then go home and note the deviation. 1) Do not force starvation mode by reducing calories drastically, as it will hit you when you stop 1b) Exercise...be creative..... 2) Consume more water to simulate food satiety 3) Try to slowly reduce any excess carb or simple "rollercoaster blood sugar" carbs. You know the type. 4) Try to ensure relatively healthy food consumption 5) Steam vegetables, very useful, they don't mush and are easier to dish out at time of meal preparation as still warm and relatively whole and tastier than boiled to death stuff. 6) Try paleolithic diet if nothing else has worked in the past, notable if you have always felt hungry but still not lost weight. 6a) Remember sugar/carb/starch is an empty substance, whereas proteins etc contain plenty of amino acids and fat/cholesterol is an essential component of brain, nerve sheathes and the entire hormone production of the body. No cholesterol/low cholesterol = no hormones/low hormones. Obviously the body has it's own methods... Try it, see what happens. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Steroidogenesis.svgI can't confirm agreement with everything in the link below, just use your own judgement and knowledge/experience share with others...... www.scribd.com/doc/12405371/Cholesterol-Poster6b) Everything in moderation 6c) Minimally processed, avoid anything you can't pronounce (lol I got that from the internet but it seems appropriate to me) 7) Perhaps check thyroid activity potential.. Hate to say this, but good luck with that one....... as "a percentage" of doctors in this country will check you according to a couple of variables on a blood test but not take any notice of indicative symptoms. www.nhs.uk/Conditions/Thyroid-under-active/Pages/Symptoms.aspxIt's not their fault, the diagnostics need some new research...... That's all for now, don't know if you have read anything new.

Sounds like school ratings.
A* A**********
15 mins to choose......hope it's got the latest features.
I tell you one thing, never let anyone convince you to buy a new washing machine or tumble dryer unless the old one is definitely past it's prime.
The internet is a great big diagnostics manual.
A case in point.
Tumble dryer purchased 4 years ago. 2 years in no heat.......... Doh wonder why that is. It was a blown thermo cutout fuse thingmajig cost ÂŁ13 inc delivery. Then about a year ago, it started grinding, but only when spinning one way.. I just dusted it a bit at the back (nice and light, the condenser tumble dryer) and no probs. I think it needs to be dusted again as I heard it squeaking, but I .........forgot?
Washing machines are a bit more effort of course...

Glycemic index, but not glycemic load. Rice has a small amount (gylcemic load) of a quickly digested (high glycemic index) starch.
Remember also, what you mix it with. The blend of the entire meal is what slows the digestion down.
bit of soy lol.......
Of course, motivation same with me, but when I'm on a roll......

;D NOTE www.typesofbacteria.co.uk/bacillus-cereus-cereals-rice.htmlConsider yourself warned!! In 18 years of cooking rice, storing in "good" fridge for 3 days, with never a problem related, I was perhaps lucky not to get food poisoning. Maybe the hot wok of stir fried rice or pre dry frying is enough to damage any bacillus bacteria. I suppose it is still best to be careful. Anyway......... Just a short info post from me about white rice....... Unfortunately, I did write ALL of this... (LINE 3) YOU WILL NEED TO MODIFY THIS SLIGHTLY TO GET USED TO THE NUANCES OF THE TECHNIQUE. Anyone who uses this technique will have rice that is 1) not starchy 2) not clumped 3) free flowing grain 4) Tastes better 5) Not stuck to the bottom of the pan, even stainless steel........ 6) IF you are a teflon eater, you will enjoy this method even more. 7) No need to drain the water off...... How is this achieved? Well, in my (un)professional opinion, a rice grain is a simple thing. When it's raw/hard/dry, stirring it does not do anything. When its nearly cooked, the rice grain will lose starch every time that it is stirred. The simple force of using a big spoon creates a big collision of rice into other rice. This creates an opposing force of technically putting it ................squishing..... The starch will start sticking everywhere and clumping the rice together, particularly when the water is all gone. What's the standard rice practice in england, a country that has only cooked rice for 50 years, mostly very poorly.......... 1) Wash rice 2) Add a hydroelectic generator amount of water to rice 3) Boil the lifeforce out of it, until it either: a) Turns to rice pudding b) Turns to rice porridge c) You run out of water and it sticks anyway, starchy, burned, or stuck to the bottom The simple technique - aka absorption, this technique/variants have probably been used for .....decades, centuries.... It's a good idea to take a cup/mug designated for your rice, probably one of many, so if it breaks you won't do your nut trying to recalculate. You can then weigh the amount of rice in it. You will eventually commit this to er......what's it called....? er memory? ( Yes, you can do this !!) You can print this section out.
********************* HOW TO COOK WHITE RICE.
You will need 25 minutes Rice (basmati is nice), mug (ceramic, not human) , heavy pan, alarms, lid and a teatowel and some water. Don't add salt.
Use a heavy pan 1) Rice - wash to remove particles if you want (probably a good idea) 2) For the first cooking time, I suggest you take 1 coffee mug of rice, 2 coffee mugs of water. You can adjust this next time. 3) Using a lid for energy efficiency, bring the water to the boil or use kettle 4a) Add your white rice, stir whilst it's still raw once or twice LID ON AGAIN 4b) Turn on the cooker timer for 5 minutes or set your phone/church bells, ICBM, countdown timers for 5 minutes. 5) Boil (this means big bubbles, do not simmer) for about 5 minutes. 6) DING DING DING your alarm will go off. 7) TURN OFF heat, put clean teatowel over pan, put lid back on. 8) SET ALARM for 10 minutes. 8) Check the rice 10 minutes after to see how it's doing. Take a grain or 2, see if it's soft to your liking. 9) IF NOT, SET ALARM for 5 mins 10) Usually, you should see suction holes in the finished bowl of rice, where the water is all aborbed by the rice and teatowel + a bit of evaporation. 11) You may also find that the rice runs too smoothly around your plate, and you don't really want it falling on the floor etc. Therefore, perhaps stirring once to release "some" starch may be best.. 12) Once you are a dab hand, you can add defrosted peas, carrots, herbs spices etc. Pay attention to temperature dropping if you use frozen veg as well as the extra liquid in the frozen veg........ Adjust accordingly.. To be honest, its far more fun to steam carrots, peas, broccoli etc and cook rice seperately as steaming is gentler and does not turn veg to mush in a quick time, which gives you more time to tip rice all over yourself etc.Any complaints... refer to line 3 lol..... ASDA 1kg basmati ÂŁ1.63 at time of writing...... Tesco 1kg basmati ÂŁ1.63 o.O 2kg is about 1% cheaper There are other techniques, such as frying in advance etc, but I'm not sure about "overheating" foods tbh. (perhaps it helps to avoid bacillus cereus though?) If you really get into it, you may find 5KG 10KG sacks at asian stores, but it's all about storage and the fact that you might get bored of it...... Do you have perfectionist traits, chrysallis? or even in between ie not careless, not perfectionist.?
If I had to buy a new cooker oh dear it would be real trouble.
I think part of the overdoing it, stems from the fact that we know manufacturers love to withhold a feature to save 50p... etc.
In fact, I can't even say any more because it's a pain.

Thanks, it helps a bit..
For us, average gas cooking is 60p/day although with a working large oven, it could be perhaps 70p/day (data derived during summer -- no heating. Ah maybe some more hot water cost with some people taking baths, say 20p day extra. That is ÂŁ27/month for gas cooking + hot water for a family of 3 with 1 very uneconomic member. your canoeing may vary.........

Just wondering how much some of you pay for your GAS heating on a pay as you go meter card or key system currently per day or week or whatever timeunit suits you.
I'm not talking about bahama temps, perhaps just to the point of not getting ice cube feet ie say 20Celsius 68 fahrenheit. Any consistent data will be handy particularly with the current temps.
Obviously, my calculation will end up a bit hit and miss but I am curious to see ranges.

1 cheese sandwich with butter or margarine. 350kcals? Average kcals burned per minute of every 24 hours based on an average 2000kcals...... 1.38888 www.nutristrategy.com/activitylist3.htm 14 lbs = 1 stone = 6.36kg 1kg = 2.2 lbs Running 1 mile (jogging?) in 10 mins based on a weight of 11.1 stones, 155lbs, 70.45KG= 117Kcals. 2 miles in 20 mins = 234kcals. At 304lbs (22 stones argh), I can walk at 3mph for 1 hour and burn 830 kcals. The important thing is simple physics. More weight+ more distance travelled- more calories burned. If what you are doing does not work, then you need to change some variables. The people at the gym "should" know how to help you achieve weight loss. However, if you're snackmonster like I can be then good luck.

Since I started my low carb, high protein high fat diet (no real loss of calories) I find that I feel more stable, snacking less, snooking my nose at pastries and things.
Sometimes though, the urge strikes very hard and bang, mince pies, lattice thingy.,oooohhhh.....
Obviously, if your feelings get the better of you....... it's like a downward spiral.

so have you got your backing evidence together? I push the linked document below, quite a lot because it's short, highly relevant, and any psychiatrist would have big probs disagreeing with it. Armed with the correct diagnosis, adult ADHD sufferers could soon be prescribed Ritalin-style stimulant medications for a range of mental health problems that are not usually associated with the disorder, the Royal College of Psychiatrists’ annual meeting was told today (Friday 4 July). www.rcpsych.ac.uk/pressparliament/pressreleases2008/bank2008/amritalin.aspx

Not pointed at anyone in particular........but
One must try to bulletproof one's mind. Don't ask me how......
Whereas some have leather/plate armour on their skin, I have tissue paper.
It's not very effective and the "all or nothing" lifestyle does my head in.
Depression is one of those things.
It destroys many people/families every year.
Anyone who trivialises anyone's depression deserves to suffer it.
zzzzzzzzzzz, I feel tired already, what a surprise and it's trying to snow outside, typical england, can't do anything consistently.

It's only fair to explain why I shut facebook down (for the 2nd time and for the forseeable future) It just invites too much nosying around for me anyway........ You can do things that you can't do in real life, poking around in friends' of friends profiles lol. = nosy Also, 99.999% of the facebook traffic is meaningless babble. IT's turned almost everyone into a bunch of babbling monkeys "oh, I broke a nail" "oh, a twig" "oh, a butterfly" IT just encourages remote pseudo friendship, a decline of reality, "do I look hot" contests "who can get the most "friends" Jeez really, as an adhd potential I don't need a single distraction, as I have a whole entourage in my head.. I've got facebook, Globally sized, local edition in my brain ........ Anyway. cool. Facebook also can attract attention of dangerous people. It's only a small percentage but lurkers/stalkers have caused some horrendous damage. The lower a LIFE profile you have, the less chance of stupid things happening. OBviously, it's worse for women, but you can still get crazy women stalkers can't you? ?? heheehhehhhahaahahehe mwhahahaahah
